Head of Sales – Embedded Finance Channel – Reporting directly to the CEO, I lead sales and origination functions, responsible for hitting lending origination targets by working hand-in-hand with marketing, our customers and strategic partners, opening new origination channels, and managing a commercial pipeline with a sharp eye on the metrics that matter.
Sales Team Lead – Embedded Finance Channel – I lead a high-growth lending channel within a national wholesale partner ecosystem, reporting directly to the CEO. I drive origination growth and funnel performance across the full sales lifecycle, partnering closely with Credit, Risk, and Product to improve conversion and borrower experience. My role also includes credit submission review, credit analysis and drawdown approvals to ensure disciplined, risk-aligned growth.
Business Development Manager – I onboarded 200+ broker partners, 3 commercial finance aggregators and managed a network of over 100 active brokers across three states. I delivered large-scale broker training and presentations to drive product adoption, prepared 300+ credit submissions to support approval outcomes, and provided commercial insights to the CCO and CEO that influenced product and policy design. During this period, I was recognized as Top Salesperson three times and set a new company record for monthly loan originations.
Sales Operations Manager at Prospa (2022 – 2023)
I led a combined team of sales and credit specialists responsible for assessing and executing transactions for the company’s largest and most complex SMB borrowers. This segment required a balance of strong commercial acumen and disciplined credit and risk assessment to accurately evaluate businesses, determine creditworthiness, and structure appropriate lending solutions.

The role required a combination of strong sales capability and core investment and wealth management knowledge to present investment solutions, grow assets under management and develop my experties in financial markets and mutual funds. KEY ACHIEVEMENTS IN FINTECH
Top Sales Performance
May, June and July 2024 at TruePillars
Top individual sales in company history, April 2024, at TruePillars
Built a servicing framework and financial capacity model
Designe and implemented a bank-statement based servicing model to assess borrower repayment capacity. Introduced sensitivity analysis and a risk knock-out matrix to improve credit consistency and risk-based loan pricing.
Spearheaded key Asset Finance product changes
Led market research, broker consultation, and competitor analysis to re-build our marquee SMB loan products to remain competitve in market. These changes included longer loan terms, a wider variety of fundable assets, better digital execution, the introduction of a low doc offering and the national roll-out of a secured business loan and ride-share loan product. Leading to a 3x YoY increase in loan origination volume.
Asset Substitution Policy
Designed and rolled out an alternative collateral policy allowing borrowers to pledge unencumbered assets instead of providing a cash deposit. This increased access to capital for a cohort of borrowers seeking capital to grow their business but constrained by tight margins or minimal capital provisions. This initiative expanded access to capital, increases our TAM, and helped mitigate LGD risk associated loan losses.
